Quick Support Instructions

  1. If prompted to Run or Save the file, select Run

    File Download Dialog from Internet Explorer

  2. You may be prompted again to Run or Don’t Run, select Run again if necessary

  3. The Infotech Solutions Quick Support Application will open

  4. Tell your Infotech Support representative the ID and Password in order to establish a remote support session
