Windows Quick Support App Instructions

  1. If prompted to Run or Save the file, select Run

    File Download Dialog from Internet Explorer

  2. If you get a prompt stating “Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer?” click YES

  3. The Infotech Solutions Quick Support Application will open

  4. Tell your Infotech Support representative the ID and Password in order to establish a remote support session
